Bagel Bunny bagels are made with a fermented vegetable yeast. Our starter began in Japan in 1974 by a monk and we are proud to be baking bagels with it in NY.

Many of our Bagel Bunnies find that after eating our bagels they dont have the same bloat they feel with other traditional bagels.
